PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE NOTICE THAT regular meetings of the Governing Board of the Northern Arizona Consolidated
Fire District, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, will be held on the third Thursday of each month at Station
1, 2485 Northern Avenue, except for special meetings which will be as noticed.

Notices and agenda of such meetings will be posted at:

Northern Arizona Fire Dist. Administration; 2470 Butler Ave, Kingman, AZ

Copies of agendas will be available to the public as such locations not less than twenty four (24) hours
prior to a meeting, unless the meeting covers and emergency as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02.

Executive sessions may be held by the Governing Board Meeting as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.03.
Notice of executive sessions will also be posted at the posting places twenty four (24) hours prior to
meeting unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02.

The Governing Board reserves the right to hold special meetings at times and places other than
mentioned above. Notice of time and place of any special meeting will be posted at the posting places
as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02.

This notice shall be effective for the period commencing the date hereof and terminating the date a
superseding notice is filed with the Board of Supervisors and posting at the places of posting
mentioned above.
